I read this on the 33 week guide on theBump.com and found that it described me perfectly!
You are one hot mama -- literally. A 20 percent metabolic rate increase throughout pregnancy can leave you begging for a cool breeze no matter what the weather is like. Distract yourself with an exercise in blind identification. Try to distinguish between baby's feet, fists, knees, and elbows -- all doing some major pushing and nudging inside of you.
I have officially become one of those women who are constantly hot. My husband is freezing and I'm sweating, especially while sleeping. I am generally always cold so this is a whole new world for me. My heat tolerance is way low.
Baby Bean has been "pushing" and "nudging" a lot these days. It's different than just the usual kicking. I feel him pressing up against my stomach as he rolls by. I think he must be head down because I get a lot of kicks at the top of my belly. It's fun to think I'm feeling his little foot or maybe a hand or arm.
The first half of my pregnancy I was just worried something would go wrong, but now I'm finally relaxing and getting really excited for this little guy to make his debut. I'm not so excited about the process of his exit, I'm pretty nervous about that, but I try to focus on how great it will be afterwards :) There isn't much I can do about it so there's no use in worrying.
I can't believe we're down to only seven more weeks!! Less than two months! It's going by so fast and for that I am very thankful because I feel like I'm waiting for Christmas when I was five or the anticipation before we got married. It would be too much if it went slowly.
